Organizing anchors

Open the Plugin by clicking Window/Other Panels/[T] Anchor Organizer.
Select one key frame in your timeline.
Change the anchor point if necessary.
Press the button Organize Anchors.
The anchor selected will be replicated to all key frames in the selected layer.

Center anchor

Select an instance.
Press the button Center Anchor.
The anchor will be placed in the center mark of the instance.
It is the same of double clicking on the anchor.
